This is probably the "filk-iest" song I've ever written. Each verse is one book from the seven novels in...um...a very famous book series about a wizard school, and is written from the perspective of...a secondary character. It parodies one of the most parodied songs of last year, "Hey There, Delilah" by The Plain White T's. Also...Grawp, if you don't follow the books, is Hagrid's half brother...and speaks little English.
The lead single from Insane Ian's "n3rds0ngs", "Guitar Hero" is a parody of the hit song by Foreigner "Juke Box Hero" about one of videogames more popular rhythm titles.

It's also the NUMBER 11 MOST REQUESTED SONG ON THE DR. DEMENTO SHOW FOR 2008!
PuddinG CapacitY's first song, about a date gone horribly wrong.
Back in early 2002 Insane Ian was part of a rap group named PuddinG CapacitY. Here is their big hit about a visit to a questionable house that goes horribly wro...er...rig...um. Well, you decide.
Back in the day, PC would do songs just because...well, boredom was usually the reason. Once, a friend said they were going to play the PS2 game TEKKEN TAG. Sadly, DJ Wes K misheard the name...and thus this song was born. Featuring Insane Ian as the chicken.
The internet is a fabulous source for all kinds of geek information...and rumors. As a tribute to what Al Gore bestowed upon us, Insane Ian parodies the classic Billy Joel track "Movin' Out (Anthony's Song)" with a tale of Ain't it Cool news and BSG rumors.
Just in time for Halloween, Insane Ian brings you the wonder that is Resident Evil [the game, NOT the movie] in song form. As a Parody of "Umbrella" by Rihanna feat. Jay-Z, this song features Insane Ian as Chris Redfield and introducing The Stacey as Jill Valentine.
So, while working retail in a video game store on Christmas Eve, Insane Ian asked a co-worker what his plans were for the holiday evening. His response both puzzled and inspired Double I, and this song is the result.
Insane Ian's entry into round one of the Masters of Song-Fu #2 competition over at QuickStopEntertainment.com. The entries requirement was to write a song about the moon, so Ian...wrote the most monotonous song he could think of...until he realized it was supposed to be about The MOON, not the MONO.
