HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
That's right, January 1st is my birthday. So, I thought I'd celebrate it on the FuMP by posting one of FIVE different versions I recorded of Spaff's "Hey Birthday Boy" song [all of which will be available on the forthcoming CD/DVD collection "Grand Theft Audio", due in 2012]. Hope you enjoy it!
Lead and backing vox: II

Insane Ian's song "Our Love Song - feat. The Stacey" is nominated for Outstanding Original Comedy Song! Thanks to all the fans who suggested it for nomination, and thanks to this year's jurors (Danny Birt, Austin Aeschliman, Jean Prior, Will Simpson, Will Frank, "Weird Al" Yankovic and Dr. Demento!) for selecting it as one of the five nominees!

Austin Aeschliman of Smashy Claw and Jace McLain of Nuclear Bubble Wrap are producing the newest Weird Al tribute album, and Insane Ian has contributed a track! Ian covers "That Boy Could Dance" and, true to Al's form, does so in the style of another artist! This time, he's "GooGoo for GaGa"!
Also, CoverMeSongs.com has a brief blurb about Ian's cover on the CD! Check out the article here, and don't forget to pre-order the tribute, out June 14th!
